Twin Oaks 2025-26 School Supply List

Since 2021, the district had provided basic school supplies at no cost for students in grades K-5 using one-time federal funding. The funding has expired, and the district can no longer provide free school supplies for elementary school students.

Rather than have extensive, detailed, grade specific supply lists, Twin Oaks plans to purchase school supplies in bulk for classrooms and for our students. This year we will depend on your contributions to do so. The recommended contribution to help cover the cost of supplies is $40 per student.

Contributions can be made online HERE or use the QR code below. If you'd like to pay in person or have questions please connect with Ms. Jenna in the office.

We appreciate your understanding about this change. Reach out to the office if you have any questions.

Additionally Items needed per student:

Backpack

Water Bottle

Tissue Box

Shoes suitable for PE

If your willing and able to purchase and donate items we could always use:

tissue boxes

zip style bags in all sizes

individually packaged snacks (goldfish, pretzels, popcorn)

clean wipes

glue sticks

expo pens

wide ruled loose leaf paper

printer/copy machine paper

Crayola brand crayons, markers and colored pencils

Health Center Summer Schedules
4J has two school-based health centers that serve all elementary, middle and high school students. These clinics, located at Churchill and North Eugene high schools, offer care for most health needs—like illness, injuries, chronic conditions, physicals (including those needed for sports), reproductive health, and immunizations. Call to schedule an appointment. Same-day appointments for physicals and illness care as usually available.

  • Churchill Health Center (541-790-5227): Closed starting June 17, reopens August 12
  • North Eugene Health Center (541-790-4445): Closed starting June 18, reopens August 11

Visit 4J Health Center webpage for more information.

Two Years of District Calendars Approved

The school board has adopted the academic calendars for the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years. The district moved to a two-year calendar last year to improve planning for families regarding days off and for staff regarding academic initiatives and professional learning. Click for the Spanish-language calendars for both 2025-26 and 2026-27

The only adjustment to the coming 2025-26 calendar initially adopted last year was moving the no-school mid-term grading day a week early to April 10, 2026, to ensure it arrives at the second semester's midpoint. The newly adopted 2026-27 calendar essentially mirrors the prior year's calendar, although with later start and end dates for the school year due to how the calendar falls.
